Well-being with healthy food categories such as food with no sugar, no fat and no salt, but in fact the body needs to survive all these things and eat "healthy" body and his habit of fats and carbohydrates you need salt, so that you sick
If your eating habits affect your body in a negative way, we speak of eating disorders and that is what it is, as the name of Steven Bratman

For much of what is bad for you no matter what it is. Believe it or not, for vitamins and minerals, vitamin C and calcium, or bad for you. They are tired and sleepy, or an external problem, like bad skin, etc. In addition, many provide the lowest amount in excess of the recommended daily intake causes immediate side effects especially zinc. Not that many vitamins, so you are always sick, it may take longer, but eventually feel the effects. You need to be taught what you eat, do not let yourself off the hat, just because you to eat healthy foods. Many people believe that healthy food is good and continues to eat, and when they are sick do not know why they are sick, and simply judge the normal flu, etc. ..

It's not healthy to eat at all. It's about eating totally incapable of anything but that, even if they wanted. Almost like an uncontrollable fear intense. It is not about eating very healthy, is the inability to do something to create a healthy, spiritual possession.
